Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) has appointed Shri Manoj Kumar Das, IAS as the new Chairman & Managing Director of the company with effect from November 1, 2025, through a board resolution dated November 3, 2025. He was already serving as a Director on the GSPL board and has been nominated to the CMD position by Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC), the company's promoter. Shri Manoj Kumar Das is currently the Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, an IIT-Kharagpur alumnus, and brings extensive administrative experience including prior service as Joint Managing Director of GSPC. He has confirmed that he is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order and is not related to any existing director.
