Board approved the 32nd AGM on 30 September 2026. Shareholder registers will be closed from 28 to 30 September 2026. Mr. P.V. Prasanna Reddy re-appointed as Whole-time Director for 3 years from 14 November 2026. T R Chadha and Co LLP re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for a 5 year term, from the 32nd AGM up to the 37th AGM.
