The Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2026. Q2 operating revenue was Rs 34.39 crore against Rs 34.45 crore, while PAT rose 34% to Rs 1.06 crore. In H1, revenue fell 6.8% to Rs 65.57 crore, but PAT rose 26.2% to Rs 2.07 crore. The limited review found no material misstatement.
PAT growth is positive, but lower sales, a 67% fall in operating cash flow and higher borrowings are concerns for shareholders.
