44th AGM voting results: all six resolutions pass with near-unanimous support

Halder Venture Limited held its 44th AGM on 7 Sep 2026 via video conferencing. All six resolutions were passed with around 99.99 percent votes in favour. These covered approval of FY26 standalone and consolidated financial statements, re-appointment of Mrs Poulomi Halder as director, appointment of P Somani and Co as statutory auditors, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, payment of commission to Mrs Halder, and a special resolution to raise borrowing and investment limits. Of 1.24 crore outstanding shares, 96.75 lakh were polled, with 81 shareholders attending via VC.
