Happiest Minds Technologies has appointed Mr. Anand Balakrishnan as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 12, 2025. He replaces Mr. Venkatraman Narayanan, who was doubling up as Managing Director and CFO; Mr. Narayanan will now continue solely as Managing Director. Mr. Balakrishnan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, also a US CPA, with over 20 years of experience across PwC, KPMG, Marsh McLennan, GE Healthcare, and most recently as CEO of listed IT firm Mindteck, where he helped return the company to profitability. The appointment was recommended by the Audit Committee and the Nomination, Remuneration and Board Governance Committee. The new CFO will report to the Managing Director.
