The original Share Purchase Agreement was signed on February 2, 2025, and the integration of these acquired entities was completed on January 5, 2026. The error was unintentional and not deliberate.
This is a correction rather than a new development, so the underlying acquisition and its benefits remain unchanged. With integration now complete, the Middle East operations should start contributing to revenue, potentially supporting future growth.
