Harrisons Malayalam reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 12,491.86 lakhs, up 7.3 percent YoY. Profit after tax fell 34 percent YoY to Rs 393.65 lakhs from Rs 596.44 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 2.13 vs Rs 3.23. Rubber segment profit rose to Rs 571.10 lakhs while Tea segment profit dropped sharply to Rs 86.12 lakhs. Board appointed Mr. C. Vinayaraghavan as Chairman till Oct 1, 2026 and recommended re-appointment of Mr. Cherian George as Whole Time Director. Management flagged that current liabilities exceed current assets.
Weak Tea segment dragged profits down; going concern flag on working capital may weigh on sentiment despite stable revenue.
