State Government of Haryana, which holds 99.36% of Haryana Financial Corporation, announced voluntary delisting from BSE. The delisting offer aims to buy out public shareholders who hold only 0.64% (about 13.2 lakh shares). Q1 FY27 results show net loss widened to Rs 0.40 cr from Rs 0.28 cr YoY. Total income fell to Rs 0.56 cr. The company has also been recommended for winding up under the SFCs Act. Auditor flagged material uncertainty on going concern.
Public shareholders will get an exit offer once the floor price is set. Winding up is also recommended, so outlook is uncertain.
