At the AGM held on August 19, 2026, shareholders approved the appointment of Deloitte Haskins and Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as statutory auditor for a 5-year term, from the end of the 42nd AGM to the end of the 47th AGM. To ensure a smooth handover, Deloitte will act as Joint Auditor along with the existing auditor Nayan Parikh and Co till the 43rd AGM, and will then serve as sole auditor till the 47th AGM.
