On the reaction day the stock moved 7.3 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 7.0 pts more than its Other Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
HBL delivered 1,659 of 2,200 Loco TCAS units (75.4%) ordered in 2024 by the 13 Dec 2025 deadline; the undelivered 541 are cancelled per PO terms. The original 2024 industry tender was 10,000 units across 5 suppliers; only about 3,000 were delivered and roughly 7,000 are cancelled. Three new tenders totalling 11,429 units have been floated, expected to be decided before 31 March 2026. Total demand visibility for next year is about 18,429 units, which HBL says was unforeseen at the time of its last intimation to exchanges.
Cancelled units mean lost revenue, but a fresh pipeline of about 18,429 TCAS units offers significant upside if HBL wins a fair share.
