HCLTech has signed a multi-year partnership with The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC), the world's largest ice cream company, to design, build and manage its IT infrastructure. HCLTech will deploy its AI Force platform to embed AI across TMICC's digital systems, moving from AIOps toward a NoOps model with zero-touch automation. The deal will also help TMICC separate from Unilever under a Transition Service Agreement and set up a brand-new IT infrastructure.
