The Board appointed Mr. Sanjeev Kumar as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 25, 2026. Sanjeev Kumar brings over 30 years of finance leadership experience from Bharti Airtel, InterGlobe Enterprises, and Medanta – The Medicity, where he led the successful IPO of Global Health Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and a Harvard University Fellow.
