NCLT Indore Bench has reserved its order on HEG's Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving HEG Limited, HEG Graphite Limited, and Bhilwara Energy Limited. HEG acts as demerged and transferee company, HEG Graphite as resulting company, and BEL as transferor.
