On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts less than its Cement & Cement Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved Q2 FY27 results. Revenue rose 11% to INR 5,678 million, but higher raw material and power costs cut EBITDA 16% to INR 482 million and profit 33% to INR 168 million. H1 revenue rose 8% to INR 11,959 million while profit fell 35% to INR 473 million. Cash and bank was INR 2,662 million. Anu Mehta joins senior management from 1 December, replacing Poonam Sharma after superannuation.
Revenue growth did not offset cost pressure, so profit and margins fell. The planned HR handover looks orderly with little immediate stock impact.
