44th AGM held; financial statements adopted, directors and auditors appointed

HEM Holdings held its 44th AGM on 29 Sept 2026 via video conferencing with 20 members attending. Chaired by Managing Director and CFO Ravi Manoharlal Kharwad, the meeting ran from 12:00 PM to 12:16 PM. All four ordinary resolutions were passed: adoption of audited financial statements for FY ending March 2026, re-appointment of director Shubham Arvind Kumar Jain, appointment of B.M. Gattani and Co as statutory auditors, and appointment of Ajay Suresh Yadav and Associates as secretarial auditors.
