Heranba Industries informed the exchanges that its 100% wholly-owned subsidiary, Heranba Organics Private Limited (HOPL), has commenced commercial production at its Sarigam Unit Phase-II in GIDC Sarigam, Gujarat. The new unit will manufacture fungicides and insecticides. The company expects the combined Sarigam Unit (Phase-I and Phase-II) to generate annual revenue of Rs. 375 to Rs. 475 crore, with a maximum production capacity of 9,000 MTPA. The Managing Director described this as a key milestone for FY26, citing the company's track record and resilient business model. Heranba now operates 7 manufacturing facilities across India with around 1,300 employees.
This is a positive capacity-expansion event that is expected to add meaningful new revenue (potentially several hundred crore annually) and could support earnings growth. The market may react positively as it confirms execution of the company's growth plans, though actual realisation will depend on capacity utilisation and demand.
