On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Dairy Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Heritage Foods approved merging its wholly owned Heritage Novandie Foods, which operates the Livo yogurt brand, into the parent. The move aims to simplify the group, improve cash use and reduce duplicate costs. Value-added products contributed 35.4% of dairy revenue in Q2 FY27 and 39.6% in the first half of FY27, versus 31.3% and 33.7% a year earlier. The company targets about 50% within three years.
No ownership change is expected. Lower duplicate costs may support profits, while stronger Livo performance could add growth.
