Hero MotoCorp has updated its fair disclosure code for unpublished price-sensitive information, effective October 28, 2026. The code requires prompt, uniform disclosure through stock exchanges and the company website. It prohibits selective sharing and social media disclosure, requires inadvertent disclosures to be made public within 24 hours, sets a silent period before results are released and limits information sharing to specific recipients who need it.
