Hero MotoCorp has appointed Ms. Kausalya Nandakumar as Chief Business Officer – Emerging Mobility Business Unit (Vida), effective July 10, 2025. She will report to Executive Chairman Dr. Pawan Munjal and lead the strategic direction of Hero's EV and emerging mobility business. Kausalya joins from Mahindra Group, where she spent 18 years and most recently served as COO of Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd., helping launch the USD 9.8 billion electric SUV business. In a related change, Mr. Swadesh Srivastava has resigned from his senior management role citing health reasons and will serve a garden leave period of up to 90 days to ensure a smooth handover.
