Consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue rose 38% to INR 979.12 million from INR 709.69 million in Q2 FY26; profit after tax rose 44% to INR 206.31 million from INR 143.31 million. EBITDA margin rose to 37% from 33%; Q2 exceptional items were INR 4.19 million. H1 consolidated PAT was INR 1,173.63 million, including an INR 857.68 million gain from the Gates Foundation loan at Hester Africa. Board approved a USD 1 million unsecured loan to Hester Africa at 9%.
Strong Q2 growth and wider margins support earnings, but much of H1 profit came from a one-time loan gain; the new subsidiary loan adds exposure.
