Hexaware has agreed to buy four identity and access management businesses in India, the US and Canada, taking full ownership. The cash deal is valued at USD 66 million, with USD 34.5 million upfront and USD 31.5 million linked to performance through March 2028. The targets reported USD 25.8 million turnover in 2024, and completion is expected by November 13, 2025. The Board also gave preliminary approval to merge selected wholly owned subsidiaries.
The deal broadens Hexaware's cybersecurity offering and may support growth, but adds cash commitments. Integration results will determine shareholder returns.
