Hexaware signed agreements to buy 100% of Cybersolve (I) Private, Identity and Access Solutions LLC, IT Glitterz LLC and Identity and Access Solutions Canada. The cash deal is valued at up to 66 million dollars: 34.5 million upfront and 31.5 million linked to performance through March 2028. The targets reported combined turnover of 25.8 million dollars in 2024. Completion is expected by November 13, 2025.
The deal broadens Hexaware's cybersecurity offering and may add revenue, but cash payments and integration risks could pressure returns.
