On the reaction day the stock moved 11.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Highway Infrastructure said NHAI issued a letter of acceptance for a Rs 340.08 crore, one-year contract to collect user fees at Palayam Fee Plaza on the Krishnagiri to Thumbipadi section of NH-44 in Tamil Nadu. The work also includes upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks. It was awarded through competitive bidding and is a domestic, non-related-party contract.
The award adds government-backed revenue and may support near-term cash flow, but the one-year term limits visibility and margins depend on costs.
