On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.5 pts more than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Hikal Limited has published a newspaper notice (in Business Standard and Mumbai Lakshadeep) informing shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window for re-lodging transfer requests of physical shares. The window, per SEBI circular dated 30 January 2026, runs from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027. It covers share transfer deeds executed before 1 April 2019 that were either not lodged or were rejected or returned due to document deficiencies. Shares lodged under this window will be issued only in demat form with a one-year lock-in. Applications are to be sent to the RTA, MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
Routine regulatory disclosure. Shareholders holding old physical shares may use this one-year window to convert them to demat, but no material business or price impact.
