Board approved audited FY26 results on May 29. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 23,037 lacs (vs Rs 16,305 lacs in FY25), up 41%. However, profit after tax fell to Rs 345 lacs (vs Rs 618 lacs), down 44%, as raw material costs jumped to Rs 22,060 lacs from Rs 14,347 lacs. EPS dropped to Rs 1.34 from Rs 2.78. Company allotted 1.13 crore shares via rights issue at Rs 28.32 in Jan 2026. Auditors gave unmodified opinion. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 2,684 lacs.
Revenue growth strong but margins compressed sharply due to higher raw material costs; PAT nearly halved despite top-line expansion. Rights issue diluted EPS.
