On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts less than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Following a SEBI circular, Himatsingka Seide published notices in Business Standard and Vartha Bharathi on Oct 8, 2026 about a special window from Feb 5, 2026 to Feb 4, 2027 for transferring and dematerialising physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019. Transferred shares will only be issued in demat form with a one-year lock-in. Shareholders can submit documents to the RTA KFin Technologies. Does not apply to disputed cases or shares already moved to IEPF.
Routine SEBI compliance filing. Shareholders with old physical shares can convert them to demat before Feb 4, 2027.
