Hind Rectifiers is selling its non-operational Dehradun manufacturing plant for Rs 9.50 crore. The plant, which made rectifiers, inverters, and transformers, has been shut since July 2023 due to product obsolescence. The board approved the sale on November 6, and the agreement was signed on December 4, 2025. Completion is expected by April 30, 2026. The buyers are unrelated to the promoter group. Management says the sale will not impact operations or supply commitments.
Modest positive - removes a non-operational asset and brings in cash, no major effect on ongoing business.
