Smt. Srividya Venkataraman appointed as Director Finance of HPCL

HPCL has appointed Smt. Srividya Venkataraman as Director Finance effective June 24, 2026, on the directions of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Her term is for five years or until superannuation, whichever is earlier. She is a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Works Accountant with over 30 years in the Indian energy sector, previously serving as Executive Director Corporate Treasury at BPCL, where she led mobilisation of over Rs 30,000 crore in project finance. She is not related to any existing director. The additional charge of Director Finance held by Shri K S Shetty, Director HR, has now concluded.
