On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Consumer Durables peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Hindware Home Innovation's board approved making Hintastica Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary. The company will subscribe to INR 15 crore rights issue in Hintastica and buy Atlantic's entire 5,48,787 shares for about INR 2.79 crore. Atlantic, the French JV partner, is exiting. Hintastica sells water heaters under the Hindware brand and reported turnover of about INR 39.7 crore in FY26, down from earlier years.
Gives Hindware full control of its water heater brand; deal size is small and risk is limited; INR 25 crore corporate guarantee continues to subsidiary.
