On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts more than its Consumer Durables peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Hindware Home Innovation's 50:50 JV Hintastica has completed the sale of its manufacturing assets (land, buildings, plant and equipment) at Jadcherla, Telangana to Ariston Water Heating Products India. Consideration was lowered from INR 116 crore to INR 115 crore after a post-signing review. Sale Deed was executed on 11 December 2025, completing the transaction.
Modest reduction in sale proceeds for the JV; Hindware's 50 percent share of proceeds will flow through to its accounts.
