On the reaction day the stock moved 2.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.3 pts more than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Hisar Metal Industries published a notice on 21 October 2026 in The Financial Express and Jansatta about SEBI's special window for eligible physical shares. Holders of shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019, including those with rejected requests, may submit fresh requests from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027. Shares will be credited only in demat form and face a one-year lock-in.
Routine shareholder notice with no direct earnings impact. Eligible holders can move shares to demat, but transferred shares will be locked for one year.
