Mr. Ismo Antero Haka, an existing Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, was appointed as the new Chairman in his place. The board also appointed Mr. Jan Niklas Persson as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval through a postal ballot. Mr. Persson is an Executive Vice President at Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration Business Unit and has been with the group since 1997. The board further reconstituted several committees to reflect the new composition.
