On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.3 pts less than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Unaudited Q2 FY2026-27 net sales rose about 28% year on year to Rs 4,578 lakh, but HLV posted a net loss of Rs 699 lakh versus Rs 992 lakh. Six-month sales rose about 21% to Rs 9,246 lakh and loss narrowed to Rs 777 lakh. Operating loss before depreciation narrowed from Rs 395 lakh to Rs 69 lakh. The auditor highlighted the Mumbai hotel lease dispute and HLV's assumption that it can keep operating, without changing its conclusion. A disputed Airports Authority of India claim of Rs 80,705 lakh from 31 January 2019 has not been booked.
Higher sales did not prevent losses. Lease disputes and the need for favourable outcomes to keep operating could weigh on the stock.
