Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Home First Finance Company's Committee of Directors approved issuance of up to 15,000 senior secured listed redeemable NCDs worth Rs 150 crore via private placement at par. Face value is Rs 1 lakh each. Tenure is about 5 years, with proposed allotment on August 28, 2026 and maturity on August 22, 2031. Interest is floating rate linked to MIBOR plus spread, payable quarterly. NCDs are secured by first ranking charge on company receivables with 1.11 times asset cover. Will be listed on BSE wholesale debt market segment.
NCD issuance adds Rs 150 crore of floating rate debt at MIBOR plus spread. No equity dilution but brings quarterly interest obligations for the HFC.
