For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the loan book reached Rs 18,010 crore, up 27% year on year. Disbursements rose 32.2% to Rs 1,705 crore and profit after tax rose 29.1% to Rs 170 crore. Loans in the highest risk category improved to 1.7%, credit cost was 40 basis points and the lending spread was 5.2%. Management targets Rs 20,000 crore by March 2027 and a 16% exit return on equity by March 2028.
Strong growth and stable asset quality may support the stock. Risks are higher funding costs and insurance fee changes that may reduce returns.
