HOMRE Ltd announced several board changes effective June 29, 2026. Mrs. Sheetal Jain (sister of existing Director Khushboo Rastogi) was appointed as new Non-Executive Chairperson. Mr. Sandeep Dewan's designation changed from Executive Director to Managing Director for 5 years till June 2031. Mrs. Meena Rastogi resigned as Chairperson citing personal reasons. Two existing directors were re-appointed, and ex-Navy Captain Rohit Inder Himatsingani (ship repair expertise) was appointed as Additional Director.
