Honasa Consumer (parent of Mamaearth, The Derma Co, BBlunt, Aqualogica, Ayuga) has received NCLT Chandigarh's order dated May 8, 2025, approving the second motion petition for the Scheme of Amalgamation. Under this scheme, two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries — Fusion Cosmeceutics Private Limited (skin care products) and Just4Kids Services Private Limited (multilingual content platform) — will merge into Honasa Consumer. The appointed date for the merger is May 1, 2023. No objections were raised by the Regional Director, Income Tax Department, or Official Liquidator.
