Honda India Power Products' board approved unaudited results for Q3 FY26 showing revenue from operations of Rs. 27,040 lakhs, up about 32% from Rs. 20,418 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue rose to Rs. 60,092 lakhs from Rs. 52,555 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax for the quarter was Rs. 1,667 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,909 lakhs) and Rs. 3,732 lakhs for nine months (vs Rs. 4,378 lakhs), pulled down by a Rs. 1,184 lakh exceptional charge related to new Labour Codes. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share (35%) with record date February 19, 2026. Mr. Shigeki Iwama was reappointed as CMD, President and CEO for another one-year term from April 1, 2026.
Steady revenue growth and a healthy interim dividend signal ongoing shareholder rewards, though lower profits due to the one-time Labour Code adjustment may draw short-term attention. The CEO reappointment provides leadership continuity for the next year.
