HUDCO reported loan sanctions of Rs 65,485 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, nearly double the Rs 33,904 crore in the year-ago quarter. Loan disbursements grew 28% YoY to Rs 16,377 crore versus Rs 12,812 crore. Full year FY26 saw total sanctions of Rs 1.64 lakh crore and disbursements of Rs 51,194 crore.
Strong sanctions growth signals healthy demand for HUDCO funding, supportive for sentiment; asset quality and NIM remain key watchpoints.
