On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.6 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Equity shareholders of Hubtown at the NCLT-convened meeting on June 19, 2026 approved the Scheme of Arrangement to merge 25 West Realty Private Limited (Transferor) into Hubtown Limited (Transferee) under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The resolution was passed with the requisite majority. Scrutinizer's Consolidated Report and e-voting results will be filed separately within two working days. The Scheme still requires final NCLT sanction to become effective.
Key milestone reached in the merger process, but the Scheme still needs final NCLT approval before it can take effect.
