Hubtown Limited submitted the Scrutinizer's report for the NCLT convened meeting of unsecured creditors held on June 5, 2026, regarding the proposed merger of Saicharan Consultancy Private Limited with Hubtown. All 48 unsecured creditors, representing around Rs. 114.56 crores in value, approved the resolution with 100 percent votes in favour. The scheme has cleared the unsecured creditors approval hurdle and now moves toward final NCLT sanction.
Positive progress on the merger; scheme still needs NCLT sanction, shareholder and other regulatory approvals to conclude.
