Huhtamaki India will close its pressure-sensitive Labels manufacturing facility at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, effective around October 30, 2026. Operations will shift to the Ambernath and Bangalore plants to lift efficiency, capacity use and cut costs. The Baddi unit contributed just INR 218.76 Million or 0.92 percent of company revenue in FY2025 against a net worth of INR 12,935 Million. The company says the closure is not material from a threshold perspective.
Minimal revenue impact as Baddi unit is under 1% of sales. Consolidation may aid margins over time. No material financial impact disclosed.
