On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty 100 and 0.4 pts more than its Private Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
ICRA and CARE Ratings reaffirmed ICICI Bank's ratings with a stable outlook on October 23, 2026. ICRA kept the issuer rating and most bonds at AAA (Stable), Tier I bonds at AA+ (Stable) and deposits at A1+. Gross and net NPAs improved to 1.26% and 0.31% at September 30, 2026, and capital adequacy was 16.68%. Ratings on redeemed instruments, including Rs 945 crore of Tier II bonds, were withdrawn.
Reaffirmed AAA ratings support credit confidence. Risks remain from West Asia tensions, rising credit costs and the shift to new loan loss rules.
