Identixweb Limited held its 9th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing on the ZOOM platform from 3:00 PM to 3:16 PM. The company had 190 shareholders on the record date (September 22, 2026), with 6 promoters and 15 public shareholders attending via VC. Out of 10,441,550 total shares, 7,140,140 votes were polled (a 68.38% voting turnout). Two ordinary resolutions were put to vote: (1) adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026, and (2) re-appointment of Mrs. Hiralben Ankurbhai Lakhani (DIN: 08920910) as a director, retiring by rotation.
