The board approved converting 81,26,94,722 compulsory convertible preference shares held by Warburg Pincus affiliate Currant Sea Investments B.V. into the same number of ₹10 equity shares after the 45-day average price reached at least ₹60. It also approved an 8% dividend of ₹72,67,49,472 up to conversion. Post-conversion capital is ₹81,51,95,66,830 across 8,15,19,56,683 shares, and the investor holds 9.97%.
