Kanu Doshi Associates LLP has resigned as Statutory Auditor of IDream Film Infrastructure Company effective 13 August 2026. The reason is a change in ownership: Northvale Capital Partners completed the takeover via a Share Purchase Agreement dated 22 December 2025, and new management took control on 24 June 2026. The new management asked the auditor to step aside so it can appoint its own auditors. The auditor confirms no concerns were raised and cooperation was full. The auditor's original term ran until the AGM for FY ending 31 March 2027.
Auditor exit is due to ownership change, not any audit concern. Watch for appointment of new auditor by new management.
