On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.3 pts less than its Financial Institution peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
IFCI has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders about the SEBI special window for transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities bought or sold before April 1, 2019. The window runs from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. Shareholders can submit requests to IFCI or its RTA, MCS Share Transfer Agent. Re-lodged securities will be credited in demat form only with a one-year lock-in. IEPF-transferred shares are not eligible.
Routine regulatory filing. Shareholders with pre-2019 physical shares should act before February 4, 2027 to convert them to demat form.
