Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
FIH Mauritius Investments Ltd, with HWIC Asia Fund acting in concert, has issued the final Letter of Offer for a cash offer of INR 350 per IIFL Capital share, plus 10% annual interest for delayed payment. It seeks up to 10,01,44,112 shares, equal to 26% of expanded voting capital. The tender period is November 2 to November 16, 2026. Rs 350 provides a cash reference for shareholders. Tenders may be scaled if oversubscribed, and tendered shares remain blocked until settlement.
