Indegene's wholly owned Ireland subsidiary will acquire 100% of US-based BioPharm Parent Holding and its subsidiaries for up to USD 106 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments. The deal includes deferred, milestone-based payments and is expected to close on October 1, 2025. BioPharm provides data-driven marketing to life sciences clients, has over 90 US employees and reported 2024 revenue of USD 38.13 million.
Broadens Indegene's life sciences marketing reach in North America but adds cash outlay and integration risk. Returns will depend on execution.
