Independent Director Pradip Kumar Bishnoi appointed Non-executive Chairman

Mr. Pradip Kumar Bishnoi, currently an Independent Director on McNally Bharat Engineering's board, has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman effective 24 August 2026. His term runs until 5 January 2030, aligned with his residual tenure as Independent Director. He brings over 45 years of experience in steel, natural gas, lubricants and packaging, and is a former CMD of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam and MD of Balmer Lawrie.
